I stared out as a Beaver somewhere in Borrowash, Derby.  I then moved up North and joined 1st Staindrop.  Where I had a hoot and moved up the Scouting system, topping out with the Chief Scouts Award and finally the Queens Scout Award.

In 2002 I went off to Aberystwyth and became the Scout Leader at 3rd Aberystwyth. (That's my lot in the early days when we did the fire saftey badge).

I took some of that bunch to the Serbian National Jamboree in 2005 and was lucky to take kids to the 21st World Scout Jamboree

These days I'm the Awesome Cool Beaver Leader at 7th Rugby, where I'm lucky enough to have some great fellow leaders and now over 20 Awesome Cool Beavers.

This is my Grandad Tommy Guest as a Scout, he was I think at 1st Grangetown in Teeside, in the North East of England.
